In Six Weeks, we can change your body and your life. Each Six Week Meal and Workout Program is customized specifically to you!
What to expect from YOUR Six Week Program:
A Six Week Plan consists of a 7-Day Meal Plan and 7-day Workout Plan. Your workout plan will be tailored to the equipment you already have at home! No worries if you do not have any fitness equipment - I can make you a body-weight only program!
You will eat the same everyday for six weeks. You have the options to switch up some meals - but, for the most part, each meal will be very similar. Consistency is the key to seeing maximum results!
It is the same for the workouts - your body needs repetition and consistency to change and tone. For Six Weeks, you will do the same workout every Monday, Tuesday, etc.
Check-ins are every Monday morning right when you wake up! You will weigh yourself and send me a pic from the front and side (sports bra or tank top and undies or shorts - whatever you are comfortable in) right after you pee (to get an accurate weight). Your photos will remain private - I request you send them to me so I can see the changes - and so you can, too!
Your Investment:
Your Six Week Program is $105 every six weeks.
The plan will change every six weeks. We will re-evaluate and see where you're at every six weeks and add new meals and workouts as you're ready!
